This is something different for your gallery in terms of the lighter background and such. I really like the low diffuse lighting you've done. Things like the colours you've chosen in the pink skirt, such as the more blue tones mixed with the warmer pinks, for example, are the kind of things that really appeal to me.
Maybe it's me but I've noticed a softness in your paintings of late, as if you've been concentrating on atmospheric lighting or something. It definitely shows in "Genie" and "Lake Naiad" too. Anyway, I was just pointing it out because I like that look to your work (as well as the more defined ones).
