This is beautiful Min! I love the golden glow that appears to be all over her. The necklace and tiara are just right as well ... not too over the top but just enough to make a huge statement about the character. I love how you've rendered them too.

You have a beautiful, ethereal painting style and you're showing it off so well here. I love the atmosphere, and all the delicate little textures you managed to sneak in. The shading on the gold is especially nice.
I have only one nitpick, and that's her teeth. I'm assuming they're her uppers, but they look a little low. Try painting a separation between the top and bottom teeth if you have the time, and see what that does for you.
