I went as the Mad Hatter (or the Mad Hattress?) for Halloween, I made my entire costume, bought some crazy contacts and dyed my hair. I also made a massive top hat... and I'm hoping to find the rest of my pictures from Halloween sometime. XDBut for now, I figured it was time for a new ID.

I've really missed all of my sisters, I feel like everything has changed a lot since the last time I was here.
I haven't been up to too much, I've been doing mainly sewing and painting shirts and stuff like that.

I got a sewing machine a while back and I love it, now I am debating to buy a dressform or make one. Cuz all my drafted patterns, I make the shoulders to wide... or well the neck hole LOL

Mee tooo. but they have xl dressform that you can expand. I want to get a either medium or large, so I can make clothes for other people as well, and maybe get motivated to slim down some. And with a dressform of me, I'd be like, 'I look like THAT?!" LOL
September 09. Daniel and I broke up over the phone, in november of last year, my mom passed away in april of last year, just weeks after daniel came to visit me for my birthday. And my best friend here and still really the only one, moved to missouri today. so I am at point zero. No job, no license, no old friends, no boyfriend.. and finding photographic evidence, that my day dream obsession hayden christensen is back on with his ex fiance, is not making me feel annny better at all.

I'd love to be able to make stuff for other people, but I'm going to have to find a way to save up for a better sewing machine first. The one I have now is always being stupid and deciding to eat my fabric while I'm sewing. ><
LOL, I would be the same way with a dressform of me.
I'm so sorry all of that happened to you though. I know I'm not much, and I'm not there with you... but if you need to talk about anything I'm here.

I know the feeling, are you using stretchy fabric? If so, you can put some paper underneath it and it will sew smoothly. I did that a few weeks back. You should join craftster.org I love it there, so many helpful people!
What ewing machine do you have right now? Mine still needs a name, cuz she is such a good baby.

It does it with everything. >< It's just my machine though, because I was trying to figure out how to fix it, and apparently other people with my machine have the same problems. And I love craftster. 
And I have a Brother, but I don't know what model it is because I suck at remembering things like that. It was a really cheap one my mom got me for my birthday a few years ago.

I have a brother too! I saved up and got a me a fancy wiz banging dodat. LOL. I love it. It has a needle treader! or how you spell it. Now someone just needs to invent a knot maker, for when you sew by hand LOL. I hate putting knots in stuff, the tread is always too short! and I have a thing for having to put like 3 knots in everything or else I think the knot will just slip through the netting of the fabric. LOL
My aunt told me she saw some sewing machine tape, maybe that would help? On my old german machines I used to put a piece of poster tape on the bottom to keep it from eating my precious fabric, but I can't do it with my new one. Don't ask me why though LOL. Machines have a mind of their own I guess.
Craftster is awesome.I don't post as much as I should. But I just completed my 7th (or was it 8th?)craft swap, and those are so much fun. I am waiting for my next one to start LOL.

I have a feeling Brothers are probably awesome machines, mine just sucks. XD And if someone invented a knot maker I would love them forever. XD That's one of the things I hate the most about hand sewing anything, lol.
I'll try that and see if I can do it with my machine, it would help a ton if it works. XD

LOL. Well, I read somewhere on craftster that if you buy a 100$ or less sewing machine you can threw it away after several projects (I guess unless you know how they work and can clean and maintain them good), but I knew it wasn't the case for me, cuz both sewing machines I had in germany were less then 100 and they died on me. My dad tried to fix my old one, it sewed but the line was not a line it was all wobbly, so I threw it away. And the brother I have now, you only have to clean the bobbin case. Which makes life soooo easy LOL. Oh what was also funny, my old machines manual was a slip of 2 dinA4 papers, and this one has a 60 page book with it LOL. It's the cs-6000i. If you ever save up, I highly recommend it. ^^,

Mine was only $70, so I guess that's true. XD But I've had mine for about two and a half years, I'd throw it out if I had another one, LOL. I might be getting an older sewing machine though because ~Saffier got her grandma's sewing machine and she's going to let me have it and I'm going to hope it works. XD
I just know there HAS to be an easier way out there to tie a knot.
Now we need to invent a time machine. XD
