i love the concept but i think i overthought it and now its not anymore what i had in my mind >.< (maybe because the images that i needed for the bg [ by the way ,thanks google! ] were not what i needed...if you have any idea how i can improve this please tell me ^^

This is really great! As far as suggestions, I'd say that she looks a little out of place. Because she's a cartoon and everything else is realistic, it doesn't quite look like she's in the scene. Still, this is amazing!

I forgot to add that her mane is the best part! I love its starry-ness. It would've been cool if you'd done a similar thing with the collar but I really love the way you painted her mane&tail.
