I wanted so much to do a big emoticon XDDAnd hee it is. Shiny Mintyy with her beloved clover
I wanted to try an other dithering method
I hope youll like it .

I think ive mentioned this before, but good job on keeping your mint-colored theme going. Although if I am to criticise this, the hands are too bright (shade them a little and your good to go!)
The second thing I noticed was the Eyes that are animated (SO CUTE >w<e.deviantart.com/emoticons/w/w⦠" width="15" height="15" alt="
*looks closer in* the mouth is misaligned XD (im a tard when it comes to those things)
Another thing I noticed was the Frame surrounding the smilie is a bit rough (try cleaning it a bit by using a very low radial blur[zoom, not rotate])
All in all, very nice. So I will let you keep your clover... for now... XD

The hands of the emoticon are a little too lightly colored. They look fairly flat compared to the emotes main body, which has a much darker shading near the bottom. Try making the shading on the hands stand out a little bit more, and I think it would look a lot better.
The expression is nicely made, and although very simply animated, it's perfect enough as it is. One could possibly wish for an extra frame or two in the blinking, and a slightly increased frame rate, to make it appear smoother, but that's only me nitpicking. e.deviantart.com/emoticons/s/s⦠" width="15" height="15" alt="

Ill try making the hands darker, yeah now as you say so it kinda looks a lttle bit flat
And about the blinking I wanted to make it a little bit slowly becouse of a sad face.If you know what I mean

When I say that the dithering stands out a bit too much, it's the fact that you can easily see all the individual lighter pixels you used in the darker areas, making it very obvious that you used dithering to shade it. If you use dithering in a more subtle way, you're supposed to be able to fool the eye into believing that there are a lot more colors used than there really is, but when the dithering stands out as much as it does here, it can be easy to spot it and detracts a little from the overall look.

Oh.No I was shading by hand.
I wanted it to look a little sparkly, so thats why I intended to shadow it in that why.What's more I was trying something new in shading,it looks kind of 'weird' but I'm actually happy with the outcome effect.
But yeah, you have right, if it be pixelled other way it would look like there would be more colors then there actually are.
But here I used 7 or 8 colours to coulour
