I liked this photo enough to click on the thumbnail and view it bigger. Now that's saying something (at least for me). The colors are beautiful and cohesive, and the subject has just the right angles to bounce off just the right light in just the right colors.
This photo looks to me as if it were taken using a magnifying lens - and even if it wasn't taken that way, it still has that mesmerizing blurred allure of that effect. I like that the focus follows the rule of thirds and the eye is drawn to the highest point of the crystals, where the clearest section is. But I also like the jagged blurriness of the rest of the picture.
As far as originality goes, this isn't something new, and that's okay! I think it turned out beautifully.

I also have a amas of amethyst in my bedroom and i love it!
I tried to take a photo by reversing lens of my reflex but i can't get a picture which isn't blured. ><

I love the detail! I've been trying to get pictures like this using reverse lens macro on my geodes, and it just hasn't been happening... Well done!
