Yea, I love that painting, and I sort of noticed that. It is kind of hard to draw meat or a butcher shop without evoking a comparison to Mark Ryden, since that imagery was such a major part of his work for a while.

god forbid you draw anything with meat and have the color pink in it too, get ready for a onslaught of " you copied ryden" chants, but i didnt really get that at all from this
