Description
I often have dreams that a scene is bursting from the top of my head. This was my very first dream drawing. As a child, I used to love our backyard, where imagined I was tiny enough to use a leaf as an umbrella or a stem as a sword. So one night in 2010, I dreamed I was in my childhood garden and a beautiful garden snake slithered through our flowers.

I drew this using colored pencils, micron drafting pens and F and H graphite pencils. I used 93 lb. natural white, textured drawing paper.
