it's called aseprite and i got it on steam! it can also be bought on the site's store via the humble store if you don't like steam though

I bet you get asked this a lot, but i couldn't find it answered any where else. What programs do you use to animate your pixels?

It's aight, I'll be doing more streams in the future hopefully :3
Also no worries, I'm actually not asked that too much (and I love
talking about my fave program); I both create and animate all my
pixels in Aseprite, which is very small/uses little memory and is
pretty dang cheap at $15! There's a free version of a really old
build, but it's improve so much since then. Can't recommend it
enough!

Is there a learning curve at all, or can I just jump right in, with the experience I have from other programs? (Sai, Photoshop, manga studio)

Uhh, it all depends! There's a little bit of a learning curve but I got it pretty quickly, normally stick to the same tools but the extra things are nice x3
I don't have any experience with manga studio or photoshop but those were p complex and a bit much for me, but I use SAI managed to get into Aseprite. If you're worried you can always try out the free version x3
