I placed an order for a $75 print back in February and it as never delivered (order #1498). I have sent Mosh and her team several emails over the past few months and have not received a response. I paid over $100 Canadian for this print and shipping and I would like the product I paid for. I used to be the biggest Mosh fan and now I am beyond frustrated and I'm just angry when I see Mosh in my feed. If I do not hear back from Mosh team I will be forced to take legal action as I paid for a product and Mosh has not delivered and they are not responding to my communication. I didn't want to make this post public, but I have no other choice as their team (and Mosh directly) keeps ignoring my email communication.
