More care to the overlapping lines, especially how they look o n the silhouette/contour, and especially with regard to tiny details, would make this more three dimensional. For example, show where the shirt lifts from the neck ever so slightly, where the bandages ripple and overlap. Don't allow these things to blend into one another.
The color values are the main cues to depth, here. You could go a step farther with them by dropping in some spots of cooler color in the areas of shade on the far sides of the forms (warm colors advance, cool colors recede).
