Well, if you haven't noticed.. this girl looks very haggard.. Yeah, she spent an entire day looking for that fish.
Sa sobrang pagmamadali ko.. hindi ko nalagyan ng lines yung plastic nung isda. Ship.. but I fixed it na sa paper.. pero hindi ko na iniscan.. katamad. >_<

I love this! I'm not a manga pro, but it seems you're pretty close!
I really like her outfit, inclding the cute little goldfish!
The coloring overall looks amazing, but it looks just a little smudged in the lower part of her face.
I think the last guy already said this, but you can work on the hair-head porportion. Don't be ashamed, though, i used to draw manga characters with what seemed like a Lady Gaga style afro!
Her expression is pricless, that innocent-embarrased manga girl look.

I accidentally smudged the colors with my hands.. OTL (I forgot to use a small sheet of paper to refrain from smudging it.. XD)
Yeah.. I was so used to drawing chibis that I made the proportions for non-chibis chibi-like.. Haha.. Don't worry.. I'll practice the proportions!

Ahh.. I love the design of this character. She really looks cute and I love her expression <3
For some reason, I think you need more practice with your anatomy. Her brain kinda looks big for her face especially for her body. Her arms looks a bit awkward (I don't like her right hand). Try to look at your fingers, hands and arms and observe how they will look like to the pose that you want.
The coloring looks simple and cute. But the best way to color is by coloring in circular movements instead of going with zigzag lines.

This is the first time I drew someone who doesn't LOOK like a child.. Yeah. (I'm terrible at drawing girls the same age as me.. I can only draw 'little' girls) That's probably why her head is kinda big. And her body is not that short.. ^^ Her black blouse continues a little more down (the hello kitty blouse is short, I had a blouse like that before ^^)
I am still practicing with my hands.. I think they look better here than my other drawings (I always tend to hide them BTW)
Yeah I know that.. I color her skin in circular motion.. her hair.. I colored it with random movements.
