This is what I think happened to my character in Oblivion after the crisis was over.

The Empire never saw that coming! Too bad even if you've completed the Shivering Isles before doing the Main Quest, you can't simply go as Sheogorath to Mehrunes Dagon and beat him up since you're both Daedric Princes (and Shegorath is the coolest of them all).

You forget, a Deadric Prince can choose what they want to appear as to the mortals who see them.
Race, Gender, it dose not matter to a Deadric Prince. They can appear as whatever they want.
