Yeah, it's too bad there aren't better quality scanners for artists out there. I mean I'm sure the professional ones do a good job... for $6000 though they just aren't worth it.

But for not seeing the original the shading on this looks really good!

lol yes, I think it works for the character it just seems to suit her. YAY for 70s poster, I should look some of those up I've gotten the hang of coloring dark skin but I do have to say that the scan is a bit faded looking compared to the original Dang it! lol

Awww.. yeah scanners tend to do that. I'm glad my dad snatched me one of this amazing industrial scanners when the sorted them out at work.

I am still bad at dark skin It often looks a bit odd. I think I have to get into how darker skin shades somehow.

yeah darn them! lucky girl lol! X3 it just takes practice not to long ago I wasn't able to color dark skin very well at all, for her skin I used a combination of taupe, mauve, sand, and darkbrown for shading needless to say her skin took the longest to get done, the brand is Crayola I'm not sure how well those colors in Prismacolor would work together,

Lol heck yes! thankyou her skin took the longest and I had to use five different colors to get it right lol I hope so but even if I don't I still had alot of fun drawing and coloring her so it was all worth it in my book X3
