This was done in Photoshop CS6 with a small Wacom tablet. Most of the brushes that I used were either custom made or downloaded.

( I'm usually really boring when it comes to colour, and stick with very muted, easily harmonised palettes. But I absolutely adore digital impressionists, so I gave it a go. Hopefully I'll have time to do some more experiments in the near future~. )
