Okay, this time, i researched and went over everything about Halloween.

Re-designed her entire outfit (and personality), to make seem more into her fathers Holiday.
Poofy pants and formal wear (the tie and hat) are now going to more included in other designs I hope to create for her.
I'd imagine that (for some reason) she had a an English accent.
The gloves are supposivley to have a skeleton hand pattern on them (I found a pair on line and thought they'd suit her).

I really hope this seems to be more Halloween-ish, than the old one [link]
