all they need is to make a lane (or better two lanes) for bicycles, probably by the sides.. I think there's enough place for two bicycle lanes and for pedestrian lane too.

traffic jams? I don't think so you're not living in Netherlands, so bicycle jams are not your trouble

but in summer there are really a lot of people and bicycles
