He's not done up in his armor because I don't wanna torture myself, and I wanted to show off his big blocky tattoos also
His name is Baltazar Rodon
I have his flat colors up on tumblr because I currently suck at preserving my colors when I shade my stuff orz. Its getting ridiculous I swear, I should go back to my shadeless phase to work me out of it.
