YAY
Finally divided some time to create my new YouTube background!!
~Its not like I upload much ;~;

And I do like the final product 
I might make a YouTube background or something to the people who ask.... I don't know... maybe...
Almost forgot xD!!
Programs used: Cinema 4D and Photoshop CS5
Alsoooo I wouldn't be able to tell you what font I used since its a custom made font xD I made it myself in Photoshop

Uhhh... well when rendering my text in cinema 4D I render it twice.I render it normally then I render it again as a "Cell Render" (An effect you can apply in render settings). I believe thats what it's called.
YouTube should help, like I said if I remember right the effect is called "Cell Render". Hope I helped!

could you tell me how you got this background and which size did you used of the picture?

I downloaded a PSD (Photoshop Document) Template of the new YouTube layouts. So you don't have to worry about the details such as size since it is all you do is create your design within the template.
You can find a template of the new YouTube layouts easily by searching for one on YouTube or other search engines like Google. The template I used was included in a GFX pack I downloaded from YouTube. Most GFX packs include a YouTube layout template so they aren't that hard to find xD
