My first fanart! Yay!I wonder if I should've drawn Japan and the Philippines in a more compromising position. Hmm~
Philippines is a girl! Idk~ I based her on Himaruya's sketch and suzufan's [link] and khakipants12's [link] drawings. I'm so sorry if I ruined her!
It's the first time I used Photoshop in about anything so please bear with me~ I haven't got the shadows and highlights part pat down yet. Promise I'll practice!

The Philippines wasn't dragged into the war it got attacked several hours later after pearl harbor, the reason they attacked was because Japan wanted to rule the pacific and the Philippines had resources, don't want to sound like a know it but wanted to clear that up
