The sight was quite sad.
A huge bear, once fierce and unbeatable, lay pressed to the ground by a sphinx male tokota. All of his limbs broken with multiple cuts and scratches around his body, He was no longer able to fight back. All he could manage was growl at the being that would end his life. His growls were a mix of fear, pride and agony. He knew the end was near. And just an hour ago he was still free, he still had a future before him.
Raia felt sort of sorry for the beast as she watched him squirm under her tokota, but it couldn't be helped. They had to finish this rite and it wasn't the first and definitely not the last bear that they will be taking down.
With a deep breath, she gave the order and Yutaka buried his fangs deep into the flesh of the bear's neck and snapped it's spine in half, ending the bear's life shortly after.
