Description I take it that I'm one of the few people who actually loves the Madagascar films. I even like the designs.

Marty is so much fun to draw. I've been trying to sketch King Julian, but I just can't get his design right, so I resorted to tackling one of the other characters instead. I probably won't be drawing Julian for a while now....

Advanced critique is greatly encouraged.

Madagascar is my favorite Dreamworks franchise. It heavily inspired my style, designs and to an extend even my way of living. Also Marty is my favorite character and you did him well here! Great job!

Well i love the Madagascar film and can't wait to see the second one!! Marty is one of my favorite characters in the film, and you portray him very well! Please keep trying to make the other characters because i am sure they will great!!!!!!!!!!

I heard that there will be at least one more Madagascar film, so as Alex and the gang will be able to return to New York. Like you said, though, I hope that they don't milk the cow until it's dry.

Awesome!! Marty!! I loved the first Madagascar, but i haven't seen the second one.

I love Alex's design I must try to draw him one of these days!
But they seem a little hard to draw, huh? They've got really stylized proportions and so on..

The second was quite entertaining and decent for a sequel, in my humble opinion. If you loved the first film then you'd probably enjoy the second installation.

They are rather difficult for me to draw, particularly due to the fact that they're three-dimensional characters. However, once I get the hang of it, I love sketching them.
