I'm always afraid to comment on your work, because I think you must be getting tired of me just telling you how awesome you are,
Still, though, this is beautiful. I love the way you can take your photo-manipulations and give them that classical, ephemeral look, almost like an oil-painting. This one's an easy favourite.

Actually, I'm not tired. I'm not that popular and there aren't thousands or even hundreds of people telling me anything.
Oil painting is a part of my style. Like I always say - I compensate for my lack of skill in actual painting.

Bullocks. As far as I can see, there's no lack of skill anywhere in this. Recognizing and utilizing a strength doesn't suggest in any way that you have a weakness to compensate for, only that you're that much better an artist than most. *nods sagely*

What I mean is that I've always wanted to paint and draw. I still do. Now with tablet I can at least do it more than usually.

It is great and easy to work with very powerful stock images, and these were. Had been sitting on my harddrive forever, waiting for that right evening. After almost a year, it came.

Background is partially my manipped and partially the original. Both stock pieces had sat on my harddrive for ages. Somehow today they came together.
