I loved your wallpaper and had an idea to use it in my fan animation for undertale. I think it will be ok since you made it for people to use it public as a desktop wallpaper. I will credit you in the description as well and if you would like to see the video I will send you a link when i put it up.

Technically its posted under dA default license which forbids using the image in any commercial way as well as forbidding modifications to it. So a question to use it before you post it would have been the better way and not just assume it is okay to use it.
It was not directly made "for people to use it public as a desktop wallpaper". Thats not what posting to dA means.
Sounds a bit harsh maybe but artist have to protect their work.
Anyways, I will allow you to use it with proper credits and in a non-commercial way only, just wanted to clear that up.

Don't worry Its not in a commercial way. Its just fan animation. Also your description may have been a little confusing when i read it than.

Using it as a wallpaper is fine. That way it is usually used unmodified and non-commercial.
Using it in a video or something would modify it, thats why I wrote the thing above.

Its okay. I don't really understand how deviant art works so I don't know about the default license thing. But I appreciate you explaining to me and letting me use it in my animation.So thanks for that. I will credit you and send you a link to the video when im done.
