from the 3rd movie.I made this with putting a system of a sports wair in a part of this costume.
the "white line" in this costume is made of cloth of cotton and it lets the air go through. So, it is nice to wear in Summer. lol
i offen use techniques or tricks by making my costumes to wair in the good season or for i can wear it easyly.

I love the accuracy of the costume! It's great to see cosplayers that dress in side costumes as well as in the mainstream ones. (I guess it also helps that the 3rd movie was my favorite so far. 
I'm curious though- do the bandages on your leg ever help with keeping the leg-pouches still? My friend (who cosplays Gai) always has trouble in keeping his pouches from slipping down when he decides to wear them.

i used rubberband to keep the pouch on my leg.

It's no problem!
But just to let you know, we tried what you suggested and it worked! Unfortunately (as he went as Lee) we were using adhesive wraps for his arms and we learned the hard way that those don't work nearly as well as the cloth.
