As always, I am late. I was on vacation for Zutara Week, and was unable to finish in time anyway. Sorry.Explanation: Zuko, busy with imperial matters, cannot go and search for his mother, so Katara goes in search instead. After finding Ursa, she brings her back to the Fire Nation Palace and surprises Zuko. Upon doing so, however, as Katara watches the happy reunion, she finds herself struck with how she could be embracing her own mother. Thus, tears.

well, it depends. You know how to set the opacity of a layer? You can put the texture over the top of all the other layers and set it to a low opacity. But the way you did it looks fine
