Okay. So um. This is a little embarrassing 8D'Lately I've been obsessed with My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic but I'm too nervous to post on /co/ because 4chan scares me and I'd probably do it wrong anyway and I just HAD to make an OC for it.
Unfortunately, I don't have a name for her, and I'm terrible at color palettes, (even with help from various sites) but I do have an idea of what she's supposed to be like.
Basically, she's a wanderer. She loves seeing the world and never stays in one place for very long. Because of this, she doesn't get too attached to the Ponies (and other animals) that she meets. She’s still a nice Filly though, and she’s always willing to help others with their problems.
Most Ponies find it odd that she does all of her traveling on foot, (even if she is an Earth Pony) but she'll occasionally hitch a ride on carriage, boat, train, etc. (Hey if they have hand-gliders and skate-boards in this universe, why not boats and trains?)
She doesn’t really talk about her past though. She’ll usually write letters and send post cards to her loved ones “back home”, but if you ever asked her why she’s on the road to begin with, she’d just say that she loves sight seeing, is all.
Maybe one day she’ll grow tired of wandering after meeting that certain special group of friends, but until then she’ll just say “Hope to see you again!” (After all, why say goodbye when she can always stop by for another visit?)
My main inspirations for her were (oddly enough) Mary Poppins and Rurouni Kenshin, (and maybe some of my own traits in there somewhere) but now that I think about it- she reminds me of another character I've made in the past. (minus the martial arts and planetary travels)

Awww her character somehow fit with pinkie pie for being happy-go-lucky for anything she go through while traveling , rarity for knowing many exotic or foriegn stuff she experience and will ask questions bout their fashion trend in other places and finally for being really nice .... and since they happen to be my favorite chars in the series , she would be one of em hehehe ^^

I thought Globe Trotter too before I saw the comments. But then I started to think about Carmen Sandiago and thought she's a cute version of her.
Gypsy is cute, too. So is Wanderlust.

She's an adorable and very cheerful pony, definitely. You did a great job with the pose and especially her face. I like the wide hat for shade, especially with all her walking, though I feel bad for her having to carry that suitcase everywhere too. The camera is a sweet touch, and very cannon. I just wonder where she puts/sends all of her pictures to keep them safe.
From skimming the comments it seems like she's more interested in the present than about the past, or as you wrote her own. That makes me wonder if she travels so much because she's running away from something, at least symbolically. No matter what she seems to have a great attitude now.
I racked my brain only to find that so many others picked the perfect name, "Globe Trotter," so I'll throw in another vote for that.

Thank you so much, I'm really glad you like her! Oddly enough I drew the camera thing before it became canon XD If I were to go back and change it she'd probably have one of those stiff-metal things that prop the camera for her...but then that would change the whole pose, at least I think so xD
That's a very good guess you have about her past 
I'm not sure if I should go with that though; if I did, it'd be a tad "too close to home" with myself, and I was hoping she'd be her own character instead of a self-insert

You're most welcome, and I especially thank you for sharing your picture. At the risk of sounding snobby, I rarely look at OCs but it was clear that this was something better. Composition and "story" in a picture are what's most important to me, and even without a background (just the suitcase) you created a good start on her personality and theme. (That's even before I read the description.)
I figured that cameras were canon from the very beginning because of the photograph Twilight Sparkle sends to Princess Celestia in the show's opening. And I think you mean a tripod for holding the camera. There's probably one in her suitcase for when she wants to be in the picture with others or at a certain place.
Your version of her past is less sinister than what came to mind, but you know us fanfic writers like to go to scary places. 
Carmen was the very first thought I had, but I've been having a lot of trouble coming up with horse puns lately. Your mention of Mary Poppins made me think "Merry Pops-In" for a split second, but the other contenders are much better. Whatever you pick I'll be fine with.

Hehe aw shucks~ Even though it's hard to imagine her carrying a heavy suitcase around, I figured a picture of a well-traveled suitcase would set the mood since I was too lazy to make a background XD
As for the Tripod thing- I actually didn't mean a tripod at all! 
But yeah, I wanted to leave her description pretty vague, because I didn't want to hinder anyone's imaginations, especially since I know there are a lot of fanfic writers out there

Oh, now I remember: the braces on their collars when they were hounding Fluttershy. I still like the camera strap better because the braces looked too weird. A headband would make sense for a professional pony photographer, but it would block their faces too much.
You can write fanfic, but you just need to read a bunch of them, even the bad ones so that you'll know what to avoid. However, if you can do quick sketching then consider writing stories but posting them as comics. There's an extra level of work ("directing") to learn, but that skill actually makes for better writing to begin with. If you have any interest, see if your library system has Scott McCloud's book Making Comics: Storytelling Secrets of Comics, Manga and Graphic Novels.
So, either she's a runaway, an international jewel thief, or (duh DUHN DUNNNNH!) the pony version of The Hulk!
