I like this because everything about it seems so brutally honest in black and white lines. The annotations work really well too, I love the way you've put symbols for each of them so that the viewer can decide the meanings for themself and twist it their own way. The text at the bottom is useful as well to provide an interpretation of one aspect of it for them. The typography's really nice too, I'm crap at designing typefaces and things like that so I always find it really impressive. The D of "don't" looks like some sort of currency symbol!
The other brilliant thing about the lables is how de-humanizing they are, pointing in really intimate and invasive places all over his body. I can't help but notice that one of them isn't pointing at anything though - is that a mistake or was it intentional?

I just realised this looks like something you might see in a doctor's when you're lying down and not be able to read because it's so far away on the wall, it's really creepy in an educational sort of a way. Anyway, this is well good. I reckon it's easily the best thing you've got up on here so far - keep it coming!
