well hello there! Why didn't I think of that and tell you that steampunk would be the thing for you!
Waw this is great and with your obsession with tiny details, always executed to perfection, steampunk is just the thing!
Knock yourself out maria, this is a great great piece of drawing, love every detail of it and I hope we get many many more of these!
I just love it and the B&W suits this piece so well.
PS. That little kid is just adorable with the right little kids face, not really wanting to be there but fascinated non the less, you captured that so well!

LOL, thanks, Christine! They were a pleasure to draw, the little girl is indeed too adorable for words (here's the original photo: [link] ). I've loved steampunk for years, actually, but somehow I've always channeled it into writing and it escaped my drawing board until now.
