Well...this Drawing is a Fusion of "Me,Myself and Irene" Movie with the Comic "Alone at Home" Created by ...The drawing Show two Personalitites of Luigi:
-The Real Personality: The Personality who luigi lives everyday.In this personality he is Clumsy,shy,a little crazy,Fearful and your especial Quallity...a good person
-The Unknown Personality: The Personality who luigi NEVER use,is hide in yourself.In the personality he is bad,malicious,pervert,Smart and Brave(in others Words...MR. L!)
But Luigi think Daisy likes his second personality...But Daisy likes the True Luigi...the clumsy luigi...
The same its happen in the movie,Charlie thinks Irene likes his Second Personality...but she likes the True Charlie...
Because this i think in mix the two histories in one Drawing...the stories have much in common...

Cool! That's the way it is. Luigi likes Daisy, but he's too shy and timid to admit his feelings for Daisy, fearing that he might get rejected. He thinks that Daisy would be alot better off with his Mr.L personality than his true personality. Daisy, however, loves Luigi just the way he is and she wants Luigi to realize that.

You got the first part right. I think Sonic IS shy about his feelings towards Amy, but not because he fears rejection. Think about it: Sonic isn't the kind of guy who likes to share his personal feelings. I think he just doesn't want Amy to know that he likes her.
