This is a plaster mask of a version of a human Bill Cipher from a fanfiction called ‘The Redemption of Bill Cipher’, by TheFalls. The mask is made entirely out of plaster bandages and of course, paint.
Fun fact: Plaster bandages are the same material doctors use to mold casts for their patients with broken bone(s).
