Finally, whew!
I've heard about this thing for AGES all OVER the place, and yet I've only just figured out where to go to read this (Of course, I could've always just typed in the word 'REPLiCA' into the search engine and look for any under the 'Comic' section there... but I'm just too lazy to be bothered).
And now, here I am. Reading the first 21 pages seeing what it's all about. About to move onto the next 4 pages to finish. Seeing if I like this or not. So, while I appreciate your attempts at a nice, new, alternative story to a great series that's ended long before its time (Darn Nick), I'm afraid I have to say that I didn't really like this.

I absolutely, completely, and eternally LOVE it, and bow down to worship your greatness
Where to begin, really? Well, I think I'm in love with a Naked, Clone Replica of the Late Danny Fenton/ Phantom, that's for sure. But I canβt help but wonder, why would the Mansons - I'm guessing - do this? Replicate some random guy who died half a century ago? I mean sure, he's a pretty unique (and naked) teen boy - what with the whole ghost powers and all - but how would they know this? They're not even that old, around mid-forties, so they wouldn't even had been born!
Unless they're doing someone else's dirty work... someone who IS old enough to know about Late Danny's 'gift'...
But hey, I'm getting ahead of myself already. I haven't even finished reading yet! So in short, great captivating story line so far (trust me), LOVE the way you've drawn this (I won't get into that now, since I don't want to bore your eyes with this horrendously long novel comment), and besides the disturbing image of Skulker, who appears to be wearing tight, dancer style tights (PLEASE say it isn't true... it's just so... wrong...) I can't wait for more!
So, onto the next pages! Keep up the AMAZING work, and donβt forget to update this soon!
