Description Well, I took the cables out so I guess it oughta go to the manip gallery. Other than that it's a pretty straightforward photograph. I used a flash with a softbox to light her face, but with a slow shutter speed in order to get the fairylight glow.

Wow, this must've been an interesting experience to light. You've managed to keep the model well exposed and lit while still allowing the fireflys the opportunity to glow. I love it as a manipulation - it looks creative and very clever. A modern take on the fairy tale, with her electronic fireflies.

It was a bit of a pain. And in the end I wish I'd used a tripod as the results aren't quite as crisp as I wanted. Thank you in any case.
