Designing weird, random creatures is fun XD. This one looks very cool, I love the placement of the eyes and nostrils. Very interesting concept ^^.

The only problem this dragon would have is when it eats, the movement of its jaw will shake its vision. Now if the bottom jaw where the eyes are were fixed and the top jaw hinged, that'd be really strange but believable.

Yes, I was thinking about that myself while I was painting it. Then I decided I wasn't going to worry too much about it because it was fun looking.
