RainA steady rain falls here, cleansing the air, dropping golden leaves beneath the trees. Another autumn already, as stores fill with holiday merchandise and folks become preoccupied with the usual preparations, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas... I just smile, because I'm going the opposite direction, clearing backlogged filing and half-started things intending *not* to get distracted from what I truly wish to devote my time to, as it stands there unfinished in my bedroom--a large, religious outdoor art project--may God grant what he began, gets done in His way.
