I'm a huge fan of comics, most notably manga, and I can most definitely that this a well made comic page. While I'm not up to date on your story I can say that you made use of very good organizational skills when making this page. The panels are placed in a way that makes looking through it very easy. Your text bubbles give your text enough room to breath while not being so empty that it seems like it is missing text. The font chosen is very good for simple ready, nothing to fancy, but still pleasing to the eye, no weird computer font. The art direction, while simple, is effective and consistent, though the spike in the background of the piece do seem just a little featureless, then again, I'm not sure if they are purposely suppose to be like this, so I'll give the benefit of the doubt on this one. A solid page.
