Read from the first Ven on the top of the page and it says:
"Everyone should love me because I'm cute!" Ven says (Light)
"how about not?" Vani says (Darkness)
"but you love me!"
"no"
"WHY NOT!? DON'T BE MEAN VANIII!"
so Vani smirks saying "because the rule to the exception applies to me" (in reality i hate him and I love him)
