So you are.. not attending to noroff at the moment? Its good stuff, but only as long you dedicate yourself into it :3 That should not be a problem if you like to work with this kind of stuff :33

I wanted to go to Noroff in porsgrunn since that's closes, but it's quait expensiv to go there
But still am not sure what I really want to...
First I wanted to work with games and designe them, but suddenly now I want to work with comics! O__o

I was that myself, I actually have 3 years of electronics school before I even thought about working with 3d and stuff like that Life is long enough to do more than one thing :3 So you can do whatever you feel for doing the most right now ^^

It's just that people usaly ignor my origenal art and charecters and just gose for the fanart. And that makes me depressed. It just makes me think that they don't like what I made from my own imagenation. And I had plans on making an comics about those charecters, but if people don't like the charecters then who would ever buy the comics or read it for that mater? TT3TT
There are some that think it's ok, but still they're just a small grup (If I can even call it a grup>__>; )
But still my friends dosen't care about my comics, they just ignore it and means that I should rater think about other things then just comics. But one of my teachers thinks that I should go with it, since it's something I like. But without support from my friends....It's really hard....

Hehe, I know what you mean. But you shouldnt really compare fanart vs original art since its completely two different things.
Fanarts is popular because the origin of it was popular as well. And people like to see something they recognize. Introducing entire new characters is always hard. If thise characters are going to become popular, you have to play it on looks and visual introduction. In other words, you have to be a very good artist.
If youre not a good artist, then you have to play it on repeativie submission of the same character, like forcing them to be popular you know. There are examples of them all here on DA.

If you are unsure about if ppl like your comic or not, then you should care about those who like it, and not how many likes it. Ask yourself, how many do you need to like your comics for you to continue working on it?

I myself love to do both fanart and original art, but fanart more, because its my way of showing gratitiude for the many great joyfulltimes the games have brought me. Kinda like a tribute.
