Character Designs:
- Goblin Infiltrator: 3/3 Cost:5. Stealth, Battlecry: Summon an Infiltration Bot for your opponent.
Dialogue: "Hehehe! Say hello to my boom.. err little bot!"
- Infiltration Bot: 1/5 Cost:3. Deals 1 damage to all friendly minions at the start of each turn.
Dialogue: "HI! I'm an explosive friend! Waaaaatch Out!"

Fantastic concept! These guys seem to make a great duo, they would bring great energy in-game. They look cute and friendly (as well as mischievous) and that's just lovely. That'd make them different from all other cards so far. Dr. Boom, for instance, summons a couple of Boom Bots who are cool and fun and all, but this is something else, character-wise.
The mechanics seem a little strong, perhaps the bot could only activate at the start of it's owner's turn (if you don't have minions for it to run suicide into, it's 4 more damage for your enemy's team). But you and your friend (who I read made the stats) both did a great and Hearthstone-appropriate job, this is just a detail
If you feel like it, you could even write the Summon/Attack/Death emotes for both cards in the description, could be fun. But anyway, keep it up!

And thank you for the support. I do believe these two work well enough. The old engineer finally creating his life long dream; a bot that would mistakenly thought of one of the Gnome's own, and unleash hell upon them.
My friend Mike did a great job (took him a few minutes to come up with the idea). We're both addicted to the game, so we both enjoyed creating these two
I do agree maybe the 1/5 for the bot is a bit too powerful. Another person suggested to tune it down to a 1/3 instead.

This definitely should have been in the semi-finalists. The only explanation I can think of is, maybe the judges found the visual style a little bit far from that of Hearthstone. Great picture! And great idea as well!

Thanks a lot. I tried to mimic the Blizz style 1:1. But I don't think that is the reason why I wasn't chosen. As you can tell by quite a few of the semi-finalists, they are completely out of style for Blizzard.

Personally, I think design is more important than rendering. So I spent more time designing these characters before the final illustration. And yes, keep practicing!
