Lately I'm not liking the new champions a lot, temathically speaking.One of the concepts for a champion that I'd like to see is a minion that gets conscience and figths for the rights of minions, that are mercilessly destroyed on the league everyday just for kicks.
Just that I don't know how killing more minions as a champion could help that, but you know, he'd be still awesome.
The old shopkeeper could also make an awesome champ, if you ask me XD

ok here is what i thought possible
Passive- Martyrdom-Every Minion / Champion that dies close to him increases his ability power and armor. If he dies all Minions/ ally Champions close to him gain the increased power and armor temperory
Q - Righteous Pummel - Charges his fist and and barrels through in a straight line with power. Enemies hit take damage and are pushed back, at the end of his charge he punches the ground and let loose a small explosion dealing true damage.
W- Atonement - Blasts the area around him with power reducing movement speed and armor, and he is healed for a portion of the damage done, the less health he has the more he heals.
E - Minion's Retribution - Gathers an orb of energy in his hand and slams it onto an enemy dealing massive damage. The move stuns both champions. If it kills the enemy champion the enemy champion is turned into a minion version of themselves temperay that adds to his passive.
R- Libriation- The champion makes a bellowing call to arms for his minion brothers and sisters, tempeory turning all minions to his side and attacking his foes with increase speed and attack as he summons several stronger lesser minions to aide him in the fight. These minions last for a set time before dying, not adding to his passive.

I think it could be fun if he had an skill based off every kind of minion, like:
Passive - Minion Freedom - When an enemy minion is killed, chance of it to instead become an ally minion.
Q - Sword of the minions - Makes a short dash and increases his ad and attack speed temporarily, he uses only melee auto-attacks for that time
W - Magic of the minions - Throws a magic orb in the set direction and temporarily gets a ranged attack that deals 50% ad 50% ap, instead of 100% ad. Sword of the minions cancels this
E - Siege cannon - launchs a bomb that deals damage in an area and deals extra damage to buildings. gets extra damage for each minion of his team near him, up to twice its base damage
R - Unleashed super minion - Gets a huge stat improvement, that gets even higher the more minions in his vecinity. If used while in this state, the buff will end, a radial blast will occur around him, and some minions of any kind will be spawned
Though, it would be cool either way, so whatever!

I'd like him to be like an accident when creating a new kind of minion or something like that, but yeah, the sudden gain of sentience of an artificial being definetly screams blitzcrank out loud ^^U

And probably pour coins when he dies, that'd be awesome XD

Yeah and when he walks "Don't worry my fellow minnions. I will lead thee to freedom" (or something) With an heroic old british accent (You type it "accent" right?
And say stuff like : "Thee" "Art" "Thy" "Smite" And that kinda awesome stuff

An awesome pasive could be a chance of converting a minion to his team when killing it, rather than destroying it. Or maybe that'd be an effect of an active, so he doesn't overpush that much.
But minion control skills could be awesome, like making the minions rush to a target and attack or whatever.

Yeah, And having his ulti as an improved "promote" thingy, making a minnion a super minnion or something. (That might be to OP, but it would've been pretty neat) With him getting money for all it's kills ofc.
But i guess, with all the OP champs that are allready he wouldent be very OP. (i dont even know if i'm making any sense anymore, so i'll just post this without thinking again. and end up doing a dubble post.)
(I ended up thinking to much, so i made a full skillset to him)
P: His presence will make nearby minnions empovered, dealing + 5/10/15/30

Q: Cannon thingy (I didont make names to em) Shoots a cannon ball on an enemy unit (skill shot) deaing 50/100/150/200/250 Damage. it does 50/50/50/50/100 more damage if a siege minnion is nearby.
W: Passive + 10/20/30/30/45% Attackspeed
Active : Turn a minnion over to your side for 10 secs (Does not work on "Jungle camp bosses" (like huge wrath, huge lizard, any golem, huge wolf, dragon, vilemaw, baron)it dosent work on other champions "minnions" (like annies bear, zyra flowers ect.) cooldown : 30/25/20/15/10
E (empty for now)
R
Passive : 0.5%/1,5/3% to convert a minnion to your team.
Active : Turn one of your own minnions into a super minnion for 60 secs (60 secs CD)

Maybe it'd be funny for him to be like udyr based on positions... based on minions. Melee minion stance! Caster minion stance! siege minion stance! and his ulti,super minion stance! XD

Cool champion idea, thought he has to be jungler, because killing minions for gold ain't gonna be good as this is liberator of minions

I say he should be a pure jungler like Hecarim (haven't seen Hecarim lane once). That way he doesn't have to farm minions.

2. I've been into tanks and AP nukers ever since I started playing LoL, and I'm very focused on lane play.
-> I'm level 30, and I've been playing since beta.
AD champions have started to interest me recently, but I don't know how to jungle apart from starting with a cloth armour and potions and building Wriggle's Lantern from there...
