Yep, this is Streaks' new look. Any drawing of Streaks in his old ensemble will be considered an alternative outfit. This is the hedgehog's new casual clothing.

I like it. Worthy of a fave, dude. Although I must admit, for some reason I always pictured the Thunderquill as a sword with a blade shaped like the bolt of lightning from the original Power Rangers. XD

Speaking technically, yes. The two on the bottom curve up, and outwards, away from him. The rest curve downwards, and thus, inwards.
