I told John I'd spare his eyes and not show him this.. so he better catch on the title, and not look, or he might just get a siezure, then go mad and break his own limbs...That would be very sad...
........Personally, I laugh at this everytime I open it on my computer. I dunno why, it's just hilarious on screen. Maybe it's like Mariya said; she is kind of a bulldozer for a ballerina. Hahaha. And like, the eye-stabbing errors that I see in her body..
And Pink.
I like the background and the blurry bits..yup.
(This is being put up because I am being complained to as to why it isn't..)

I know my muscles, but I wasn't paid to put anymore time, material, and patience into it. I chose to settle for it before it got worse because my client liked it. I personally was just happy with the background, and would've hung it without the ballerina. Don't really like this painting, or it's subject matter..:/

Your painting is great, it just looks like she's missing a knee, but it has been awhile since I've been to a ballet. So maybe when they're on their toes, they have to straighten their knees that much.
The colours are really nice; warming. Who cares if it's pink.

She's not missing a knee, she's missing an ankle. You need the ankle there to locate yourself on the plain of the giant post-like leg. The knee's in there, somewhere.....
I care if it's pink. I hate pink. My walls are pink, a disgusting shade too, and so is my floor. It's everywhere...So much pink can drive you insane.
No, dear; I like highland folk dancers. They're more fun than anorexic, pale, uptight girls in dresses that I would associate with the bathroom.
I liked ballerinas once, only because of the shoes. I got a similar pair to them, and did folk dancing in them (which wasn't ment to be). I think it was actually manditory for one dance at school, and all the girls had them. I also remember being the only one standing at the end of the dance.

Highland folk-dancing... it's definetely one of the most interesting dances because they don't use their arms for anything. Or maybe thats a different dance... I'm not good with my dances.
I tried ballet for 2 weeks, just so I could get a tutu. But apparently it takes a year or two for that. So I gave up.
I only watch ballets for the music.

Oh yeah, I did her pose from a photo. I completely forgot about that! It's too bad I deleted my Reference folder when I reinstalled my operating systems. Everyone has comments about her pose being wierd in some way, but it's real.
