Back story:

I've been feeling quite upset when I try to reach out to friends of mine who send out these "signals" that they are not okay, that they need someone to talk to.. but when I do, I feel them hesitate, or they change the topic, brush me off and other things.

Yes, they're hurting.
Yes, it's not easy to talk about.
But it's also not easy to reach out.
But it's also not easy to be rejected.
But it's also not east to feel like though they need help, it's as if you're not the one they want to help them out.
It's not easy to feel helpless when you see your friend in pain and to not be able to do anything..

I've always been outspoken and i'm not the type to say "i'm okay" even though i'm not, because I've learned that it is already soooo easy to miscommunicate with each other already, what's the point of lying and/or concealing and giving statements with double meanings or just hinting stuff without saying it directly?

Hence, my latest work where one hand is reaching out, whereas the other hand is holding a FAKE hand to reach out.
