Great work! I really like the range of colors you've used on this.

A couple of recommendations I have:
Be careful of using soft, low opacity brushes in photo manips. In some areas, it looks a bit out of place, such as the lower edge of the cloak. It looks alright near the tip of the staff, because it gives the impression of light, but it just looks out of place around the rest of the figure.
When blending different stock, to have a figure standing say, in a field of grass, or like yours on the rock amongst the seaspray... it's important to keep in mind that whatever is happening behind the figure, should probably be happening in front as well. For instance, if you added a bit more sea spray in front of the figure/rock, it would look more natural.

Sorry if this seems harsh, I just like to put in suggestions, since we all can improve, and it often helps to have new eyes on a piece
