This is a nice concept!
I always wondered if Mello fell under the clause of, "those who use the death note neither go to Heaven or Hell" since Jack Snyder is the one who officially owned the note during the mafia arch. I'm not sure if we ever find out if Mello actually wrote a name in it or not...but I always thought that Mello and Matt would be seperated in the afterlife due to Mello's involvement with the notebook...
