Nice Foxy Pony! It is very cute, and adorable!
Though this could use a little bit better shading on the pony. It would look better and more cute with the shading added to the character. Without the shading added to the character, it looks flat, and plain. (not saying that it looks bad)
The vision on this is not very good, it looks very fuzzy and a little unfocused. That kind of degrades the character and picture for me. It may just be all of the light colors on the character than the light colors on the background. I think the colors on the background could have been darker colors to contrast the light colors of the character.
Other than that, I love the character and it is very nice!
