I can relate to this piece through my special friend who I pulled "off the wayside" in a Christian Hospital in the hinterlands NW of Sydney; during some of her darkest and most troubled times.

Thank-you for your concern and comfort, as I haven't heard from her for over a month, but she has reassured me she is "safe" and in the good hands of either her Mum or the the hospital nursing staff; of which I have all come to love, also.
My friend Lili has also commissioned a number of art pieces to remind me that her "distance" isn't emotional when I feel like drifting, of which one she has asked me to share on the Internet. You can visit it at [link] .
I miss Lili as she is a fun and vibrant artistic person to be around, with her health problems being just a small part of her overall being. All I can do and all I believe Lili wants me to do is to look after myself, keep up the bike riding (refer to my page) and keep well myself.
I guess I have no trouble relating to a lot of artists on this site for the reason that they have no trouble expressing themselves, and arguably we can all have our "Dark Days".
Michael.
