The first concept sketches I did for an original character of mine, Adele, at ages like... 7-10 and 15-17.Her name is actually pronounced Ah-del-lay rather than Ah-delle.
She's from a sci-fi story where she's a first-gen planet-born on a newly set-up research colony on an alien planet. Much to her scientist parents' chagrin, she'd rather romp through the underbrush and wrasslin' the wildlife than studying science and making careful observations and holding to a non-interference policy.
