lol it's from junjou romantica, a rather popular series, the main paring is misaki takahashi and akihiko usami(AKA: usagi-san, which is what Misaki calles him) that one is known as romantica, an other one is egoist, which has Hiroki Kamijou and nowaki kusama, the last one (and my favorite) is terrorist, with shinobu takahatski and miyagi you

I'm trying the best I can to keep it to our original RP storyline (so you kind of know what happens XD) but I can't remember all of it, so I'm embellishing as we go along. OH - and I had a major plot idea for after where we got up to :3

I like KuroFai too, but my main yaoi pairings would be Matt x Mello, SasuNaru and L x Light, or Light x L, whichever way round. And the best part of those pairings is that they have proper depth and I believe they are possible, same with KuroFai! Whereas other yaoi couples seem forced... like... hmm, can't think of one straight off the bat...

I love a lot of yaoi pairings, but I must agree that the ones with depth are even greater because they really just reach you in ways that the others can't. If that makes sense?

I feel those pairings are the best, because in the manga their relationship development seems to have an element of something behind the scenes, y'know? like l and light, in particular. It was like no-one else mattered as much to each other. and when light eventually gets l killed, he's silent afterwards... i keep thinking it's to hide the guilt in his heart... and he always thought of L and had this deep respect for him, as proved when he and Near meet, and he thinks Near isn't worthy of wearing an L mask.

I actually don't read the manga's for the shows that I watch
If I do read any, it had to be online...And I swear I have internet A.D.D. or something, because it's hard for me to focus. There's too much to distract me. That's why when I write, I have to be in the mood for writing. Sometimes I have to really focus, other times, it's like my hands are doing the work all on their own, and I don't even have to think. It's weird.
But even in the show, right as L is falling off of the chair - and Light realizes what has been done - there is this close-up on Light's face. And I swear he looks sorry for what he has done.
Personally, and maybe this is just me, I don't know, but for me, Light and Kira, are two different people. In my eyes, Light is Light. Kira is this evil thing that starts sharing Light's body with him, after Light finds the death note.
But it's just the way I see it.

It depends, tbh. If it's crap as crap then I'm obviously not going to buy the manga, but if it's so brilliant I need to go back over it to appreciate the art and storyline again, I buy the manga. Also some of those small 26-ep long series such as Ouran High School Host Club make up the endings, seeing as the original manga is still ongoing
Light actually said that himself... that hideki ryuga is light yagami's friend, but L is Kira's enemy. And when he lost his memories he was like a totally different person. He had no idea that he was capable of succumbing to his inner Kira. Maybe that's why he howled when all those memories richoted inside his brain when he touched the Death Note again?
I wanted to punch him when he did all that crap-assed acting after L died, like: 'Ryuzaki! RYUZAKI!', but that would be if it was like Kira speaking. However, there was probably a part of his him which really felt that way, which would be the Light Yagami side, whose heart was in pain. And it was Light's face as he watched L fall to the floor.
The scene made me cry. More accurately, when L started to the floor I shouted: 'NO!' in disbelief, then when L's eyes are in pain as he looks up into Light's evil face, I started sobbing hysterically...

For me, Kira isn't a part of Light, he's just this entity (is that the word I want?), who enters Light's body and shares his mind with him. It's like, when he gets the death note, Kira enters his body, and takes over him. Light no longer has any say in anything. But as soon as the death note is gone, Light is in control of himself once again - because Kira no longer exists within him.
You're right in saying he's a whole other person.
And if you watch that clip, it isn't so much that L is looking up into Light's evil face. It's more like he's looking up, and seeing that Kira has taken over his friend.
And I totally agree that as soon as L starts falling, I cry...

Yeah, Kira's like an evil spirit that sort of... I dunno, emerges from the Death Note. Know what I mean? Cos Light says that it has a certain power... a power that makes you want to try it at least once. That could be the 'inner Kira'.
I can't possibly imagine what was going on in L's head when he looks up into the evil eyes of Kira. The look in L's eyes was like... horror, shock, sorrow, and what... a sense of that he knew it would happen eventually... like when he's just left Light after their (very yaoi-ish!) moment after the rainstorm, he says something about saying farewells... and he looks so sad as he says it...
But a reason I support the couple is because when they are together, even the world around them doesn't seem to matter. And it's even a bit like forbidden love... hee hee. Though when Kira wasn't in Light's head then it wasn't really forbidden, it was more sweetness.

Yeah! Kira enters your mind whenever you have the death note, pretty much.
And yeah...I can't imagine what L was thinking either...But I know it must have been painful. He looked so sad...
And yeah, their love really IS forbidden.
Which of course, makes the fangirls/boys want it more.
When Light is taken over by Kira...It's kind of like putting the good with the evil. L is the good guy, wanting to stop the Kira cases, because he believes that - though the criminals are bad - they shouldn't be murdered, because that just makes someone else a murderer. And Kira is the bad guy, who's killing everyone, right under L's nose.
But when they're together and Kira isn't involved (which didn't last long), then Light is a good guy once again...And it's sweet because there isn't the good vs. evil relationship going on.
I personally loved the ending.
Kira smiled when L was taken down.
However, when Light is dying...L appears in the form of a spirit. We see his mouth, and he isn't smiling. And for some reason, I love that.

totally agree! I haven't read any l x light doujinshis yet but apparently a lot of them happen when they're handcuffed.
Actually... I love that bit as well! That might actually have made me cry, but I can't remember... Light was reflecting back to before he had the Death Note, and probably regretting it all... he's practically sobbing as he runs away. Then with L... he seems to be clutching a black notebook. And that's definitely significant. It was like L did this act to finally deliver justice. And Light quietly and willingly closes his eyes as he waits for the nothingness to consume him...
I think he wanted to finally be with L, as himself, and as Kira no longer... that would be so sweet and sad.

Which of course makes it all the more delicious...
And yeah, that would have been amazing sweet and sad, considering they'd fought all of that time...They were always at ends with each other, because of Kira. But yeah, even though Light had been Kira's shell the entire time, and had gotten Rem to kill off L...I did still cry when Light was dying.
Though, I have to admit, when he was being found out by Near, and he starts laughing all evilly...Maybe it's just me, but everytime I see that happening, I crack up. The laugh kills me...

I was really sad because it really wasn't all Light's fault - it was the Death Note's strange power to persuade him to use it that corrupted him and twisted him until he was warped inside and out. Or maybe he was suppressing his inner Kira to some extent but when he got found out, Kira took him over and he laughed.
When he laughed, I was like: 'WTG

I blame Ryuk. If he hadn't of dropped that stupid book into the human world, then Light wouldn't have found it, and Kira wouldn't have ever resided within him. But, then again, he wouldn't have met L...But if he didn't meet L, L wouldn't die...GAH. I don't know whether to love it or hate it!

I thought Ryuk was a funny guy, so he could still drop the book, which means light meets L, then after he regains his memories has second thoughts about killing L... like his light yagami side hasn't completely been squashed down, and is fighting to win over kira. But then... he may feel guilty about lying to L for the rest of his life about being kira and would have to admit to it at some point... dang, this is complicated...
