Bit of a little more than I could chew here.
First time trying to draw stuff under water and boy did I fail, couldn't quite get the atmosphere right.

I must say that when I first looked at it I thought Nami's staff was part of Fizz's helmet. It made it look so ornate and fancy. Realizing that its Nami's staff makes it even cooler to me!

It hunk this came out pretty good. Underwater images seem to be some of the toughest to really nail. I really like the colors you picked, it does add to the atmosphere quite a bit.
